Upon discovering their 16-year-old son is about to commit an unthinkable atrocity, parents Mary-Beth and Sam decide to forgo calling the authorities and de-radicalize him on their own. After tying him up in the attic, they initiate a therapist-recommended rewards-based points system designed to defeat his nihilistic hatred and show him the benefit of being a "good boy." But as they chip away at his ideologies and attempt to bring him back to normal, they reckon with the evil that has lurked within their lives and the part they played in creating it.

In the extreme heat of a South Florida summer, Carson pulls a gun on cyclist Starlee during a road rage incident. To his surprise, Starlee was carrying a gun of her own and she shoots Carson in self-defense, putting him in a coma. Wracked with guilt over the incident, Starlee vows to help Carson get back on his feet no matter what. But when Carson wakes up, she's surprised to learn he only wants one thing: a rematch.

A play about what happens when individuals subsume the responsibility of the state and whether or not violence is inevitable.

A farcical comedy about making that money no matter what it takes! Even if there's a tornado.

Bezos N’ Me

2021 O’Neil Semi-Finalist

In the early 2020s, Portsman and Lizbeth are aspiring television writers working as  security guards for Jeff Bezos's mostly desolate mansion in Beverly Hills. On the eve of a major California wildfire and in the midst of a working class uprising, Mr. Bezos shows up at his mansion for the first time, seeking an escape from the protests at his headquarters in Washington. He offers to produce the pair's pilots as long as they keep him safe while things calm down. The two gladly accept, but as the fire gets closer and the revolutionaries approach, they must decide how far they are willing to go to make sure their stories are heard at the end of the world.

Unboxing follows the lives of a small collective of YouTubers from 2011 to 2021. Presented in a collage of Youtube Uploads, FaceTime Conversations, and LiveStreams, the members of the Viral Squad do their best to make art and survive in a time of increasing political polarization and looming algorithmic inspired-radicalization. A play about the intersection of online content makers and politics.

Jessica

Winner of Sanguine Theater Company’s Project Playwright 2017

A decade ago, Jessica disappeared without a trace. In present day her ex-boyfriend, Allister, attempts to recreate her likeness as an android, recruiting her friends and family to help. Allister believes that recreating Jessica's mental state on the day she disappeared can be the key to finding where she went. Jessica's best friend Mari, is skeptical at best, and it’s not long before the two clash in a struggle of consent, morality, and who gets a say in how Jessica is remembered, and how she’ll be portrayed in the future.
